Wyndham point deposit feature
Each year Wyndham owners have the opportunity to push their points either one or two years forward using the Point Deposit Feature. Depositing the points extends their life, allowing them to be used in the chosen use year. This frees them up from that fear-inducing expiration date. With Point Deposit, you can take the pressure off to make sure you use all of your points every year.
But how do you deposit them? Let me explain.
Using your online account, follow the Exchanges tab under “My Ownership”. Timing is important. And it’s important to note that different levels can pool points at different times.
- Non-VIP Owner: Points may be deposited within the first three months of your current Use Year.
- Silver VIP Owner: Points may be deposited within the first six months of your current Use Year.
- Gold VIP Owner: Points may be deposited within the first nine months of your current Use Year.
- Platinum and Presidential VIP Owner: Points may be deposited anytime during your current Use Year.
This is our preferred method for handling points that are about to expire. With deposited points, you will be able to book both Standard and Express reservations.
